What do I need to bring?  The most challenging part about yoga is getting  yourself to the mat!   So we provide the mats, you just turn up in stretchy clothes that are good to move in, and an open mind.  Our studio is beautifully light filled with wooden floors, high ceiling and so quiet, you easily forget that you're just off Ponsonby rd.
